Terms of service

Last updated October 23, 2026. These terms are between you and EiWare LLC d/b/a MySiSite ("MySiSite," "we").

Website build ($1,200)

The price is $1,200, one time, all-in. It covers a complete website of 10 to 15 pages, phone-first design, Google Business Profile setup and cleanup, and launch on your domain. You own the finished site and its content.

Our guarantees

Live in 48 hours, or the build is free. The 48 hours start when we have received all the logins we ask for (domain and Google Business Profile). If your site is not live within that time for reasons within our control, we refund the $1,200 in full and you keep the site.

90+ mobile speed. At launch, your homepage will score 90 or higher on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile). If it does not, we will fix it at no cost.

We do not guarantee search rankings or that Google, ChatGPT or any AI assistant will recommend your business. No one can honestly promise that.

Refunds

You see your free homepage preview before paying. If you pay and change your mind before we start the full build, we refund you in full. Once the full build has started, refunds are limited to the guarantee above.

Hosting and growth plan ($99 per month)

The optional plan includes hosting for your website, updates and support, social and Google Business Profile posts, a monthly AI visibility check and a short monthly report. It renews monthly until you cancel. There is no contract. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@mysisite.com; it stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Partial months are not refunded. When you cancel, we give you a copy of your site files so you can host it anywhere you like.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos and logos you give us. We may show your finished site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
